Partnering with American Farmland Trust

The Ralph K Morris Foundation is partnering with American Farmland Trust to protect farmland and encourage the use of regenerative agriculture practices in Wisconsin.  The Foundation's contribution supports a $19M project funded in part through the USDA's Regional Conservation Planning Partnership that engages local land trusts and conservation partners across Wisconsin. By the end of 2026, conservation easements will be finalized on 15 farms, ensuring that 1800 acres of Wisconsin's landscape will be protected forever as farmland.
